Payment Terms: Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing (e.g., established credit accounts).

Credit Accounts: Business credit accounts are subject to approval. Failure to maintain timely payments may result in the suspension of credit privileges and potential interest charges on overdue balances as permitted by law.
